The Directors

Coldwell Banker Grenada Director Victoria Williams

Victoria Williams

Although born in Trinidad, Victoria is as Grenadian as oildown, and you should taste hers! She has been in and around the property world here for longer than she cares to admit, both in her own real estate company and with RE/Max. All of which has given her an encyclopaedic knowledge of Grenada Real Estate and impeccable expertise. She's seen it bought, sold, and bought again. Ask her about the airport! Not so much sold but acquired from her family by government. She knows who owns what and what might just be for sale if the right questions were asked - and she knows the questions and who to ask. To all of that she brings impeccable professionalism, a can-do attitude, an unfailing smile and the warmest of welcomes. Come on! Everybody here knows Victoria.

Coldwell Banker Grenada Director Peter Wallace

Peter Wallace

Peter is a Chartered Architect. He was born and raised in England, trained there and practiced there for 35 years before seeing the error of his ways and moving to Grenada in 2005 where he formed Atlantic Partnership with Erik Johnson, a local Architect. If you can't find Peter in Coldwell Banker's office then a quick look in Atlantic Partnership's will usually locate him. His career in UK was as a Senior Partner or Principal since 1979. His partnership with a President of the RIBA, had a staff of 30 was rated in the UK's Building Design top 100. He has a thorough knowledge of building legislation, contract law, building materials and techniques. His designs for new buildings tend towards mainstream modern in style but he has always had an interest in the historic and is a conservation specialist. His back catalogue ranges over most building types and clients - from royalty to pop stars, from banks to charities, from industry to leisure, and from public housing (and houses!) to private residences.

Coldwell Banker Grenada Director Kobi Williams

Kobi Williams
